1. What this tool does

KUN Studio Publisher helps video creators schedule and publish their own short
videos to their own TikTok account. Every post requires the creator’s explicit
approval before publishing.

2. Acceptable use

You may only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are
responsible for the content you publish, including compliance with TikTok’s Community
Guidelines and applicable law. Do not use the tool for spam, misleading content, or
any activity that violates TikTok’s Terms of Service.

3. Availability

The tool depends on TikTok’s official APIs. If TikTok changes, limits or suspends
its APIs, some features may stop working without notice.

4. Limitation of liability

The tool is provided “as is”. We are not liable for publishing delays, failed
uploads, or actions taken by TikTok on your account (including content moderation).
